Thank you for shopping with us! We aim to provide you with fast and reliable delivery so you can enjoy your favourite products as soon as possible.

📦 Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking details where applicable.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

New Zealand Shipping:

Standard Shipping: NZD $9 – Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days
Rural Delivery: Additional charges may apply – Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days

International Shipping:
We currently only ship within New Zealand.

🛍 Click & Collect (Free)

Prefer to pick up your order in person? We offer free Click & Collect from our the salon on State Highway 5, Ngongotaha, Rotorua.

How it works:

Select "Click & Collect" at checkout.
You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for collection (usually within 24-48 hours).
Pick up from:

State Highway 5, Ngongotaha, Rotorua, 3072.

Please wait for the "ready for pickup" email before arriving or contact us to make arrangements.

📍Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

🚫 Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occasionally occur due to courier disruptions, weather events, or during peak periods. If your order is delayed, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.
